Bite the PushBullet
When I first heard of this, I thought they were talking about pu.ush, a program used to upload screencaps directly to the Internet. PushBullet is a perfect way to send many things to your Android device. You can send things like files, links, and lists from your web to your Android. It makes sharing information between you and your circle a lot easier, but things just got better. Now, PushBullet works in the reverse as well! You can send things from your Android device to the web. This works if you want to drop things onto your desktop or share it with online associates as well.
There is also an extension that works for Chrome as well. You can drop items from your desktop to your phone rather easily, but doing the reverse can be a bit of a struggle. With this extension, you can open PushBullet on your phone, connect to Chrome, and send the needed link you want. The desktop notification will alert you that your dropped item has arrived and that it’s ready for activation.
This works as a great alternative to DropBox, and if you would like to try it out or read more, visit the PushBullet blog.
