Verizon Wireless Bringing HomeFusion to More Indiana Communities

Verizon is entering the high-speed residential Internet arena with HomeFusion. The upcoming national launch – blanketing areas in Indiana including Evansville where Verizon has launched its 4G LTE footprint – will happen May 3.

The new high-speed home option will be available for order through retail stores with installation of a small “cantenna” on a rooftop. Installation is free. HomeFusion can connect up to 4 wired devices and 20 wireless devices in a single home. Monthly costs are priced per gigabyte usage.

Verizon offers this as a better option for people who don’t have access to high-speed Internet options at home – such as people struggling with dial-up Internet or for those who do not have reliable high-speed Internet service.

HomeFusion first launched in Terre Haute, Ind., in late March and Verizon Wireless coverage areas for Indiana now includes Evansville, Newburgh, Daylight, Jasper, and Huntingburg.
