Verizon Wireless celebrates the launch of 4G LTE in Muncie, Indiana
Verizon Wireless celebrated the launch of their 4G LTE network in Muncie, Indiana by giving away three new 4G LTE smartphones. Verizon passed out 4G LTE chocolate bars to the first 75 customers to enter the McGalliard Rd. store on Thursday, July 19th. Three of the bars included a golden ticket that was redeemable for a brand new DROID RAZR Maxx, valued at $649.99.
The first lucky winner was Brenda Brumfield, who works with the local chamber of commerce.
Anthony Dobbs stopped in at the store after hearing about the event on the radio as he was driving by. It was a good thing he decided to make a quick detour, as he became the second winner of a free DROID RAZR Maxx. Anthony said the phone will be given to his daughter for her upcoming birthday.
The third and final winner on Thursday was local business owner Dan White.
Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler also stopped by for the fun. Congratulations to all of the winners!
